Greetings, faithful blog followers. It has ocurred to me, now that this blog has become a part of my life and I feel no urge to quit on it just yet, that I should tag my posts with the year I read the books, what with a whole new year coming up and all.
I’m not sure if retagging/editing posts sends them back out into the world to those of you subscribed via email, but if it does, just a heads up that you might be getting lots of duplicate posts. I think I will start at the beginning with my edits, so if these do start to come your way, just delete as the spirit moves you.
(Didn’t want anyone to think that I am hitting a super-productive streak or anything!)
I did think, wow, has she been busy reading, when I saw all the Rumer Godden posts 🙂
Aha! So they *are* showing up in the email feed. I was wondering about that! I wonder – would it be better to do a whole bunch over a few days, or just a few/day over a longer period? What would be less annoying to the people receiving them? I’m thinking just a few a day. Your thoughts, Lisa?
I think a few a day would work better – though I’m not seeing them as email, but on my blog list (related to google reader I think, part of Blogger’s updated features).
I’m glad to see that you’ve no plans to give up blogging, by the way.
Thanks, Lisa. I’ll do them in small batches. Should have done it long ago, but I’m still figuring this whole blogging thing out! I used to keep a written journal, years ago, but kept putting it down & temporarily losing it. The computer is easy to keep track of. 😉 My whole family thinks it’s pretty cool, which is nice. We’re all very book-oriented. Otherwise I don’t think I could do it – sometimes these posts take a long time to mull over & write! As you must know, yourself. 🙂
